what is coaching?

Coaching is a 1:1 sessions between the coach and the client to achieve the client’s personal goals, whether internal or external. Goals can range in topics such as spirituality, relationships, health, career, mentality, business and more.

what is not considered coaching?

Coaching is not therapy, consulting, or counseling. 

what is the difference between coaching, consulting, & therapy/counseling?

Coaching consists of listening to the client, asking questions, and guiding the client to discover their own answers. The coach partners with the client to set and achieve their desired goals. Coaching generally focuses on the present and the future, occasionally looking to the past to move toward future goals.

Consulting consists of giving advice, suggestions, and information to the client. Consulting assumes that you have expertise in the area in which you’re consulting. In some cases, such as financial or health consulting, a license or certification may be required.

Counseling or Psychotherapy consists of processing and healing deep emotional issues by feeling and understanding them. It usually focuses on specific conditions and/or disorders such as grief or trauma. Therapy generally focuses on healing past issues.

Great! Please fill out the Questionnaire Form, send me an email to confirm which service package you’d like, and schedule/book your free introductory session to start our journey.

how do i make payment for a coaching service?

Maxima can accept payments through Stripe, PayPal, Zelle, Venmo, CashApp, and Apple Pay.

Please note that some forms of payment include service fees, which will be added to the final amount.

I PAID FOR COACHING BUT CHOOSE TO NOT CONTINUE, IS IT REFUNDABLE?

Payments may be refunded within 24-48 hours of payment receipt. Refunds may not be guaranteed after 24 hours of payment receipt. Please contact me via email as soon as possible.

something came up, can i cancel my session?

You can cancel your scheduled session with a minimum 24-hour notice. If payment has already been made, we can reschedule the session for the next available time. Frequent cancellations may may result as non-refundable depending on circumstances, and coaching engagement may be terminated. Payments are not refundable past 24 hours of the scheduled session.

are these sessions confidential & private?

Yes. These sessions are purely confidential and private. I will not use any information given to me unless permission is granted by the client for promotional purposes.

am i able to request a zoom video session?

Yes. How we conduct our sessions is based on the client’s preference. Our sessions may be conducted as a video call via Zoom or a voice call via phone.

how does the go-giver program work?

Maxima believes in equal opportunity. For those who are struggling and do not have the capacity to pay the full price for coaching services but believe that the service Maxima has to offer will greatly aid them, this opportunity is for you. Maxima will use her intuition to select one person at a time whom she feels called to and who may need coaching the most. She will only take on one person at a time, if time permits for her. If you’d like to apply for the Go-Giver program, please read the information on the Go-Giver Program Page, fill out the Questionnaire Form with your email, your name, point of contact, a brief background of your situation/story, and why you feel coaching will help you tremendously on your current path.

how can i apply to the go-giver program?

Go to the Go-Giver Program under the Coaching Services Tab. Please read the information fully. Fill out the Questionnaire Form with your email, your name, point of contact, a brief background of your situation/story, and why you feel coaching will help you tremendously on your current path.

if i referred a client, is there a referral discount for my next session?

Yes. Please notify Maxima and provide the name of your referral. A 10% discount may be applied to your session depending on the number of sessions the referral books.
